        We Have a 3-days Return Policy Which Means You Have 3 Days After Receiving Your Item To Request a Return. 

1. Eligibility for Exchanges (Buythewhey Official Merchandise Only):
   

   • Only Buythewhey Official Merchandise products are eligible for exchanges.
   • To initiate an exchange, please follow these steps:
     

     • Contact our customer support team within 7 days of receiving the product.
     • Provide your order details and a brief explanation of the reason for the exchange.
     • We will guide you through the process of returning the product to our designated location.

1. Non-Exchangeable and Non-Returnable Products (Buythewhey Nutrition Products):
   

   • Due to the nature of our nutritional supplements and consumable products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for Buythewhey Nutrition products.
   • Exceptions will be made only in cases of product defects or shipping errors. If you believe you have received a defective product, please contact us immediately.

2. Conditions for Exchange (Buythewhey Official Merchandise Only):
   

   • The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
   • We reserve the right to inspect the returned product before processing the exchange.
   • Shipping costs for returning the product to our location are the responsibility of the customer.
